We chose Dominick Tascher due to his detailed, but simple website. We were seeking a bundled golf community in the Southwest Florida and he had all of the country clubs listed with their available properties for sale. When we contacted him in March (on a very short notice) he accommodated our weekend schedule and was able to show us condos in different communities in Naples and Bonita Springs. He made arrangements for us to see the units that were in our price range including those that had renters residing in them. His high tech skill allowed him to have all properties on his Ipad and was able to show us pictures and details of each unit that we viewed. We felt extremely comfortable with Dominick and he was not high pressured in showing us the condos. We actually left Naples in March with no decision and told him we would be in touch in the future is we decided to put in an offer. In April we contacted Dominick again to let him know that we wanted to make an offer on a unit that we saw in Vasari Country Club. He and him team took over from there and gave us a detailed plan of what will transpire in making the purchase be successful. From authoring the P&S to walking us through the inspection and final closing process, Dominick was very professional and thorough. What really impressed us, was when we asked Dominick to view our unit after all of the inspection issues were to have been resolved. Although he had recently broken his foot and was in a cast, he willingly drove to our unit, walked up the two flights of stairs (no elevator) and determined that a major item had not been repaired (a sliding glass door panel that was foggy due to a broken seal). He contacted me and I notified my attorney and within one day before closing, we resolved the issue with a $1,000 cahiers check at closing to cover the new glass panel. We paid $175,000 for the condo so I know that Dominick's commission was not that great, but he treated us as if we were buying a multimillion dollar unit on the ocean.
